Y/YZR Cast Iron Motors
Premium asynchronous crane motors. Featuring Class F insulation and IP54/IP55 protection. Rated for high starting torque to handle instant vertical breakaway loads effortlessly.
Spring-Loaded Drum Brake
The TJ2 magnetic brake or YWZ hydraulic thruster brake locks automatically whenever power is disconnected. This prevents dynamic slippage, assuring optimal operator safety.
Helical Reduction Gears
The closed-loop multi-stage transmission gears run silently in oil. Machined to fine tolerances, they offer optimal mechanical torque transfer and require low maintenance.
Grooved Heavy Drum
Constructed from heavy-walled seamless steel pipe with heavy structural flanges. Reduces rope wear and ensures precise laying pattern during long rope winding operations.
