Kylift Heavy Duty Electric Lifting Winch
Vertical Hoisting Electromagnetic Brake High Safety Factor

Electric Lifting Winch

High-performance electric hoisting winches designed for secure and reliable vertical lift operations.

An electric lifting winch (also referred to as an electric hoisting winch) is engineered specifically to raise and lower heavy materials vertically with maximum precision. Unlike standard pulling winches, our lifting winch machine series features integrated dual electromagnetic fail-safe brakes, ensuring the load stays locked in place even during sudden power losses. From small construction scaffolds to heavy manufacturing workshops, Kylift provides specialized lifting solutions that comply with global safety standards.

Engineered for Hoisting Safety & Power

Dual-Braking Mechanism

Equipped with primary electromagnetic brakes and secondary mechanical cone brakes. In case of emergency or power failure, the system locks instantly to prevent load slippage.

Premium Steel Wire Rope

Utilizes anti-rotation, high-tensile electric cable lifting winch rope. This ensures stable lifting without load spinning, promoting a safer working environment.

Robust Duty-Cycle Motor

High starting torque IP55 protected motors with thermal sensors. Engineered to withstand heavy start-stop lifting cycles in warehouses and factories.

Electric Lifting Winch FAQ

Q: Can I use a regular pulling winch for vertical lifting?
A: No. Standard horizontal pulling winches often do not feature automatic fail-safe electromagnetic brakes or have lower safety factors. For vertical hoisting, you must use a dedicated electric hoisting winch to prevent catastrophic accidents.

Q: What is the benefit of an anti-rotation wire rope?
A: Standard wire ropes tend to untwist when carrying high tension, causing the suspended load to spin out of control. Anti-rotation wire ropes keep the load perfectly static and balanced vertically.

Q: Do these winches support pendant remote and wireless control?
A: Yes. All Kylift lifting winches come standard with a heavy-duty wired pendant control box with emergency stop. High-quality industrial wireless remote controls are available as an option.
